• Goods ordered on this website are only delivered to Germany.

• Delivery takes place during normal office hours, Monday to Saturday, but not on weekends or public holidays.

• Standard delivery: Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and delivered within approximately 2-4 working days.

• Pick-up station: We are sorry that we cannot deliver orders to DHL Pick-up stations, but you also have the option of having your order delivered to one of our many Hermes parcel shops.

• Express delivery: Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered from the next working day. For example, if you order at 12pm on a Friday, your delivery will leave our warehouse on Monday. If you order at 11:30am, it will be dispatched on Friday afternoon.

• It is our aim to deliver within the timeframes mentioned above. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date as the delivery is carried out by third parties
• The order closing time is only an indication and does not take into account any delays that may arise in connection with payment authorization
• Orders are processed based on the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) 
• We are unable to subsequently change the delivery address of an order.
