BEYOND'S RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you received or you have changed your mind after we have sent you your order confirmation by email, we will gladly accept your return within 60 calendar days of delivery of the products.
Products must be handled and stored with care, returned in their original condition and packaging, with all original labels and tags attached. If you wish to exchange the products for a different size or color, you must return the items and place a new order.
In the event of a return due to a change of mind, we will refund you in full, including any shipping costs. If you have purchased more than one product and only return one or some of them, we will refund you the pro rata amount of the total shipping costs you may have paid. For example, if you have purchased 3 items and return 2 of them, we will refund you 2/3 of the total shipping costs you paid.
Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse. We will then send you a confirmation email that your refund has been processed. This may take 2-3 working days after we receive the return from the shipping company. Please note that it may take 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
LEGAL WARRANTY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS
In addition to the above, we honor the statutory two-year (or longer if local law provides otherwise) warranty for product defects. A product is considered "defective" if it is in a damaged condition upon receipt or if a manufacturing or material defect occurs within two (or more if local law provides otherwise) years after purchase. Please note that products damaged by wear and tear are not considered defective.
You can return faulty products within 2 years of receiving the products and receive a full refund, including any shipping costs. If you have purchased more than one product and only return one or some of them, we will refund you the pro rata amount of the total shipping costs you may have paid. For example, if you have purchased 3 items and return 2 of them, we will refund you 2/3 of the total shipping costs you paid. If you have received an incorrect (different from the one shown in the North Face online shop), faulty or damaged item, you can return it within 60 days of receiving the goods. Please follow the usual return procedure and select "Item is faulty" as the return reason.
If the 60-day return period has expired and the item is faulty, you have 2 years from receipt of the goods to make a warranty claim. Please contact our customer service department for assistance in returning your items.
